Good call on Franco being the one who killed Mr. Poletti. Makes perfect sense because its obvious Sonny didn't do it.

Maybe I miss understood, but I thought Mr. Pollitti (sp?) was killed years ago. Like when Dante was a young teen??
I had wondered when Franco talked about going to prison for a murder he did not commit if that was it? He hates Sonny for some reason. I thought maybe he knew Sonny had that cop killed but Franco got the time. He went to jail for something he didn't do & became one crazy man. Decided to do what he was accused of, didn't feel a thing & became & enjoyed being a nut.
I don't believe Sonny remembers all the people he killed or had killed. He said he didn't remember but IF he did he (Mr. P) deserved it.
I have been real sick And on lots of meds so I know I missed a lot. But as I remember in my drug induced state when Franco did his tape of himself thinking, " I bet he went to jail for killing that old man that Dante looked up too.." ??

My understanding is that Franco went to jail for a store robbery that Ronnie committed right before Ronnie got accepted to the police academy. Lt Poletti, I thought, got shot before Dante became a cop, when he was a teen, and he witnessed it.

The part about Dante being young when Lt. P was shot was the way I understood it too....Franco's frame up, I have no idea about. The first I heard if it was when he spoke to the camera making the dvd, so I thought that may have been who he was framed to kill. ?? I'm so lost on all my shows. 
I have been so drugged up that I'm not real sure of anything.

This is GH afterall, and look who the writers are. AT this point anything is possible. I a just sick of Sonny not being held accountable and all of a sudeen"what did I do? woes me". Its crap. Nothing against MB he is an excellent actor, but gee whiz.
Right now I see that the cahracters are almost too interwoven. Therefore if **SPoiler Alert!!** Johnny and Carly did sleep together s they are predicting, not a real shocker cause they run in the same circles. Will that also destroy her and Olivias friendship? Will that make Olivia the baddass chick I know she is??
As far as the DVD with Franco, sigh, almost too long in between for that to even be effective.

I 've been loving the Dante/Sonny/Olivia story and all the repercussions of the last few days. Say what you want about Sonny, but he can really display great emotion when the situation warrants. JMO
You all are probably right about Dante being younger when Mr (Lt) Poletti was murdered. This was just some crazy idea that occured to me.
Different observation...did anyone see "Coleman" on Modern Family last night? Talk about looking good! Love him!

I just have to say how much I enjoyed the Dante/Morgan scenes in the hospital. It was so realistic to have Morgan ask Dante if he was really his friend or was just using him. I also can't wait to see scenes of Kristina & Dante. I know she'll be dealing with the Keifer mess but I hope there are scenes coming up with these two soon. Dante's history with Morgan & Kristina had a sibling undertone prior to the news coming out. Plus I think it will make Michael flip his lid even more b/c his siblings truly like Dante and understand he was doing his job and that Sonny is the one in the wrong with everything.

Kitty, I agree!
I just caught up for the week and, for the most part, thought it was OK.
the Kids were excellent.
Laura Wright and Lisa LoCicero were fabulous.
Loved Sam the hooker, but the gun stealing was silly
Sonny saying he was gonna stay for his son instead of running were silly as well. He Made a choice to not save Michael by fleeing jurisdiction.
Sonny, and everyone else for that matter, running around saying Dante was shot by Sonny is just stupid. And as for Dante saying it was self-inflicted...only in Guza-induced GH does that happen.
