Love him or hate him Aidan was always a good guy and would never intentionally hurt anyone and that's what makes this so ridiculous but then look how they got rid of Josh. All of a sudden he's in love with Kendall. GMAFB If anything I could see them doing this to get revenge on Kendall for killing Greenlee but not for being in love with her but then Pratt has no idea what makes good story. There are so many stories he could have told but because he's not a writer he goes for the trash obviously thinking that's what woman want. What an insult to all of us.
I look at JR's cancer story and feel for Jacob Young who wanted to tell a good story because his mother went through this. It's over already and the story was more about JR's love life than the cancer. I look at Y&R and see what a good cancer story is and then I watch AMC and it's embarrassing. JY didn't even have to shave his head but I guess if he didn't we wouldn't have know it was a cancer story.

The more I read about this, the more disgusted I feel...
Why isn't SOD/SOW speaking out?????
Aidan is going to hit on Kendall, when she turns him down, he drugs her with a hallucinagenic drug that makes her think she is seeing Zach.... Zach shows up and sees Kendall having sex with Aidan.....
This Is Rape!!!
Whether he actually does have sex with her or not... HE's still touching her, kissing her, etc and that is rape....
This is just wrong..
Aidan would never rape anyone.....
For me, this isn't just about Kendall, Zach, Zendall or Aidan.....
It's about "RAPE", "DATE RAPE", "ATTEMPTED RAPE", being treated so lightly by Disney/ABC/AMC....
Charles Pratt and Brian Frons are sicker and more twisted & disgusting than I thought they were..
This is not entertainment......not by a long shot...
It's time they get called on the carpet for this....but seems only us fans have the guts too do it...
Sadden, sickened, disgusted by this....
Another Kane raped.....and AMC is making light of it...

I don't know what to make of this. I don't think we know that Kendall actually gets raped, but even if she does not, this storyline is as sick and perverse as all of Pratt's other storylines.
Where is my Pine Valley? Being held hostage in some sick perverted other world inhabited by sick twisted characters that drug, rape, commit murder and are the heroes? There is no love, no friendships, no families,no romance, just mayhem and dark depressing vileness that now exists because the mind that created this Pine Valley is sick and perverted and has a soul full of hate or he just doesn't have one.
Everyone in Pine valley has a grudge against someone else, is out to get them, hates one another and/or kills someone. Women use their uterus as bargaining chips to save their marriages; supposedly respected doctors drug their wives and town citizens, otherwise upstanding citizens drug women because they want to keep them from their husband and sons, murderesses go free.
Where is the real Pine Valley? The Pine Valley that was inhabited by Ladies of Fine Lineage headed up by Phoebe Tyler Wallingford? Where are the Mona Tyler's, Myrtle Fargates, Grandma Martins, and Ruth and Joe Martin who were the voices of reason? Where is the Pine valley that punished those who did wrong, where there was romance and goodness once in awhile? Where is Pine Valley? The one that had a conscience.
This is not Pine Valley, it is Pratt Vile.
Pratt needs to go now. Who has the cajones to get rid of him? Sweeney? He needs to go!!!!!

I'm going to simplify this. Why would I, as a woman, rush home to watch my TIVO when I know that David is going to manipulate Amanda to have sex with him in the backseat of his car, or that Aidan is going to drug Kendall and either have sex with her or make it look that he's having sex with her to destroy her marriage to Zach? In the history of time, has any fan said, "I gotta go home now. My favorite character is about to be drugged and taken advantage of (sexually or otherwise) by someone. Ciao!" On AMC, it's a weekly occurrence.
IA that AMC is unrecognizable to me. That romance, and heart, and family have all gone out the window. That AMC has no time (and I mean that literally) for happiness for any popular couple. But the writing is so unappealing, featuring stories and situations that make me squirm to think about, let alone watch, and I ask myself, why am I still watching? The answer has been that I watch to support Thorsten Kaye and Alicia Minshew, but after December, I won't have a reason, and I can't say I'll miss AMC. Unbelievable but true.

Everytime a horrible storyline happens I think it's not physically possible to get any worse. I'm extremely surprised that most of the cast is willing to move to LA for the change. I know we all need income to live and everything...but seriously... Kendall, Zach, Aiden, Bianca, etc. characters are getting ruined. Even when Tamara Braun was on for the few months she was her character went from one end to another end of the spectrum and back. These actors and actresses must be as frustrated as the viewers. I agree with one of the posts made about Jacob Young wanted to do a wonderful job with the cancer storyline but its over already? I wonder if it was ever really meant to be a cancer storyline but a love story so they had something to do with Babe's newfound twin.
Kinda off topic of the rape storyline...but I can't remember/didn't watch Annie's miscarriage with Ryan's baby, so I don't know if he indeed was lying about her being unable to have kids.... but I can't understand why the higher ups okay'd Ryan lying(?) and being so harsh to Annie about her not being able to have kids... To many people, being told you are unable to have kids would require extreme sensitivity and is not something to lie/joke about. I'm sure some viewers out there unfortunately had to be told this news and no matter how insane Annie is, Ryan and the writers shouldn't have said it at all or at least it with some sensitivity rather than use it as a ploy to get Kendall released.
With the way AMC is going... I do love my daytime soaps but I hope this show gets cancelled if its going to continue the way it is... if Kendall gets raped by Aiden thats two rapes in one month, a miscarriage (I don't know if Annie indeed miscarries, but this weeks SOW says something about her miscarrying). Unacceptable.

In one week, we have two women being manipulated by men who are attempting to having sex with them, even though they know it's not their wishes. One has already given in, the other after refusing is drugged..the outcome is not evident at this moment...but does it really matter?
I know it's sometimes crossing the line to speak about the writers - who we don't know personally..but someone has to have a really sick and warped mentality to think that an audience made up of predominantly women would enjoy watching a woman get played and taken advantage of in these scerarios.
It just really boggles the mind...but hey high definition and new sets is ABC's answer to keeping AMC alive. My response would be..not so much.
Then again, in the recent SOD/SOW interview, Pratt was quoted as saying how much we enjoy this agnst against Zen in particular, we just don't realize it. That could not be further from the truth..and is a total insult to my intelligence as a woman and as a human being.
Talk about passing the buck for an unpopular storyline...it's really good, I just don't realize it. Hint..it's NOT good, it's DISGUSTING.

If anyone's crossing the line, it's the writer himself. He's implying that it's not rape if there's no violence. That's bull. Taking sexual advantage of a woman against her will is rape, whether she's being drugged, blackmailed or forced into it with violence. I'm beginning to think Pratt doesn't know how to write anything but stories that degrade women. Enough is enough.

Pratt couldn't write his way out of a paper bag, but his ideas about women and sexual assault are disturbing, disgusting, insulting, and criminal...
Every single woman on this show is written disrespectfully...
There is nothing sexy or watchable about women being drugged and sexually assauted, then have them promo it as cheating..
Kendall: Drugged, sexually assaulted by Aidan....even if he doesn't take it as far as actually raping her, if he puts one hand on her it's rape...
David drugged KWAK, had sex with her.... .They acted like that was okay..
David basically forcing Amanda to have sex in the backseat of his car made my skin crawl.... She said yes, but come on....
Pratt writes Amanda as a stupid twit...and David having sex with a woman who doesn't want too and is crying...Sick..
Liza is nothing, but cheap, sleazy, & disgusting... No matter what he does now..
Angie does nothing but whine & scream....
The outrage over this is enormous....
I salute those who had the guts too speak out...
Mallory has been speaking out about the disgust & distruction from Pratt and I applaud her...

Charles Pratt Jr. is solely responsible for the moral collapse of AMC.
He has shown no sense of responsibility to the actors who have worked their asses off to bring these characters to life; he has betrayed all the viewers despite who your favorite characters are and he has no empathy for thousands of rape survivors or the survivors of murder victims. He is ignorant of the technique of soap opera and has no talent to execute it if he did.
There are not enough adjectives in the English language to describe the vileness that this man writes with regard to the way he degrades women.
The women he chooses to focus on are immoral and should never be the focus of any show unless they are going to get what is truly coming to them int he end. Annie anyone? and Liza, probably one of the sleaziest and controversial recasts in the history of AMC. I don't care if either of these actresses gives a performance worthy of some kind of Nobel award, they represent what Pratt finds admirable in women, manipulation, lying and felonious behavior. Their intellect reflects his own, vile and depraved. Every other woman is nothing but a womb for sale or a victim of rape or male manipulation who is not allow to use the brain power they possess.
Pratt needs to be fired now!!! Not when his contract is up, now! He then needs to be banned from writing even the ingredients on cereal boxes..
